Bec
Bec is currently a Physiotherapy student at Monash University and has a passion for helping others. She has had a lot of experience working with children over the years, being involved in PE tutoring, babysitting and gymnastic coaching.
Bec has always had a passion to help others and work with kids, with this passion further cemented by completing work experience and having contacts and involvements with qualified OTs and physiotherapists. Bec is very excited to work with families to help clients achieve their goals and see them prosper, allowing them to achieve their full potential.
In her free time, she loves to play baseball and soccer and if she’s not doing that, she loves to watch the footy, catch up with friends and travel.

Bronwyn is the founder and director of Driven By You.
Bronwyn has a strong interest in sport and inclusion. While studying her Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Deakin University, Bronwyn started her career working for Baseball Victoria as Inclusion Officer, where she used her raw passion to design and implement an All Abilities baseball program.
After graduation, Bronwyn built her skills and knowledge across various faculties including aged care, community, and private sectors, before making the leap to start her own business.
Bronwyn started as a mobile Occupational Therapist before building an amazing team around her. Bronwyn is very passionate about making a difference in the lives of not only her clients and their families, but is also very passionate about creating a work culture that brings out the best of her team.
Fun facts, Bronwyn has spent the best parts of her life training and competing at an international level of baseball. Through these experiences she has learnt that in order to achieve success, you need to drive motivation from within yourself. She believes that everyone, with the right amount of help and support, can live a fulfilling and successful life. Bronwyn brings a strong understanding of what it takes to overcome adversity and barriers, and she is passionate to help you achieve your goals and give her clients the freedom they deserve.
Outside of work, Bronwyn enjoys; playing sports, spoiling her 3 gorgeous dogs and spending time with her friends and family.
