We are a dynamic and growing Occupational Therapy service seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team.
Our service provides in-home and on-site Occupational Therapy services for children and adults with a variety of needs, including neurodivergent individuals, those with physical disabilities, and those recovering from injury or illness.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist who is committed to providing high-quality care to our clients. You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualised treatment plans for each client. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients and who is comfortable working with individuals of all ages and abilities. As an Occupational Therapist joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work in our dedicated clinic or remotely in and around the Sunbury area by providing in-home visits.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications ranging from $75,000 to $100,000 (inclusive of Superannuation) per annum plus access to staff benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct Assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for clients
- Provide therapy services using evidence-based techniques to help clients achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with our team of therapists to ensure comprehensive care for each client.
- Communicate with clients and their families to provide education and support
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and records for client progress and treatment plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with OTBA and AHPRA
- 12 months experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Driver’s license
- Working with Children’s and Police check
- Ability to work collaboratively with our team of therapists, healthcare providers, educational facilities and the like.
- Knowledge of evidence based occupational therapy practices
